Top Five Reasons Occultists Wear All Black

It’s no secret that pagans and occultists like to wear all black. Not all do, of course, this post is making sweeping generalizations. However, it’s all in good fun.
1.
Because they are edgy. Obviously wearing all black shows how deep and tormented they are. People are not allowed to wear a certain colour “just because.”
2.
They have an affinity with Saturn, whose color is black. This implies they are super spiritual and hope the wearing black will act as a sigil to impress upon their psyche the super spiritual powers of Saturn.

Sometimes I tell my friends “Good morning.” They’re like, “But 64-chan, it’s afternoon!” I say, “Oh honeychild, I spell mourning with a U because I am dying inside.” That’s it. I’m an occultist that wears black because she is dying inside. RIP.

It’s not on purpose, it’s just that all their favorite bands are goth rock, darkwave, or neofolk bands and they only sell my size in black!

Because they want to. The Rights of Man excplicitly states that man has the right dress as he will. Anyone is allowed to wear whatever color they want. Besides, it’s a cool color. Goes good with my hair and nails. Which also happen to be black.
